(a) What is the steady-state frequency in Hz and what is the change in tie line power flow in MW? Assume both areas were at nominal
frequency of 60 Hz.
(b) What is the area control error (ACE) of each area? The two areas frequency bias constant are B-0.05 and B:-0.06.
