The gas undergoes a mechanically reversible process from an initial state at 10,000 kPa and 280 K. During the process, V' is constant and equal to 0.3 m² and P increases by 50%. Determine the values of Q and AH in kJ for the process. 2. (A) One cubic meter of an ideal gas at 600 K and 1000 kPa expands to 5 times its initial volume through a mechanically reversible, adiabatic process. If Cp 21 J/mol/K and is temperature independent, find the final temperature, pressure and work done by the gas. (B) If the same change in properties occurs, but via an adiabatic irreversible process in which the expansion is against a restraining pressure of 100 kPa, again calculate the final temperature, pressure and work done by the gas.
