1) A wet cylinder of agar gel at 298 K containing a uniform concentration of urea of 1 kg mol/m³
has a diameter of 40 mm and is 30 mm long with flat, parallel ends. The diffusivity of urea in agar
is 4.72 x 10-10 m²/s. The cylinder is suddenly immersed in pure turbulent water, so the surface
resistance can be assumed to be negligible (the convective coefficient kc is very large). Calculate
the concentration of the midpoint of the cylinder after 100 hrs of immersion, when diffusion occurs:
