Introduction:
Kirchhoff's Laws (actually, they are really just rules) are based on energy and charge conservation. Kirc
voltage law is based on energy conservation and states that the algebraic sum of the potential (voltage-
around a complete path is equal to zero. For example, in the circuit shown in Figure 1, the relations betw
circuit elements and resistances for the path ABCDA is:
