Sales manager provided homeowner with estimate of $875 for fireplace. Quote faxed to Blackstone Homes project manager. Quote included kitchen, main bathroom and ½ bathroom, delivered and installed with completion date of 3/22/99. Total price quoted: $7571 (internal estimate of 106 shop hours). Blackstone Homes project manager replied with fax to CMR project manager of cabinet spec sheet. Spec sheet confirmed that a fireplace and laundry chute would both be added. Provided colors and materials for fireplace, noted that location for laundry chute had not been determined. Internal Job File initiated (project manager took over). Data in job fille: delivery date 3/23/99. amount $7521, 141 shop hours. Blackstone Homes project manager contacted sales manager. Homeowners had added a finished bathroom in the basement, needed quote for additional bathroom vanity and linen cabinet.
