2) Two forces are applied to a block of mass M equal to 24 kg sitting on a horizontal, table as
shown in the figure. Assume Y- positive direction toward the upper side of your paper sheet AND
perpendicular to the table top. One force F2 has a magnitude of 20 N and is directed at an
angle 82 equal to 53° (positive 53) from the x direction as labeled in the figure below. As a result
of the forces, the block experiences an acceleration a equal to 0.9 m/s2 in the x-direction only.
The coefficient of kinetic friction between the block and table is 0.2.
