In the time domain y(t) is the position of the cart and 0(t) is the tilt angle of the beam. Find the transfer
function that relates the Laplace transform of the position, Y(s) = {y(t)), to the Laplace transform of
the tilt angle, (s)[0(t)}. Express your result in the form:

constants on the right hand side of the equals sign. The right hand side of the equation should not
