Problem #6 The Widlar current source shown in Figure 6 has the following parameters: ẞ = 200, VBE = 0.7V, VA = 100V, and its supply voltages are V+ = V = +5V. a) Find the values for R₁ and RE, with IREF = 2mA and Io = 20μA. b) Find Ro. c) Perform an LTSpice simulation to verify your results, including both currents I and IREF, as well as Ro, using ideal transistors. d) Change both ideal transistors for the 2N2222 model, and then compare the resulting Ro with the one you obtained in c). e) Use the .MODEL instruction to change the VA parameter of the ideal transistors, and set it to the value stated in the instructions of this exercise.
