(b) Determine the breakdown torque and the speed at which it occurs. (c) The motor drives a load for which T₁ 1.8 N- .m. Determine the speed at which the motor will drive the load. Assume that near the synchronous speed the motor torque is proportional to slip. Neglect rotational losses. Review Chapter 8, from 8.11 to 8.12, starting from Page 844 in the e-text book. Then review the problem examples from 8.11 to 8.25 starting from page 848.
