of 2.5A. Find the power dissipated in the amplifier and the efficiency of the amplifier.
4) Suppose that you have available a number of amplifier stages with input impedance of 3k2, open-circuit gain
of 15, output impedance of 100 Q2. The signal source has an open-circuit voltage of 30 mVave and a
short-circuit current of 3 μAave. You need to supply an amplified signal of at least 12 Vave to a 100 load.
Design a cascade amplifier using the fewest number of stages. How many stages are required, and what is the
resulting output voltage?
